Vocational Specialist
We are seeking a Vocational Specialist to deliver individualized training, support, and coaching to people with disabilities as they pursue community-based employment. The activities for this position will be focused in Annapolis and the surrounding County.
Responsibilities will include:
- resume development,
- assistance with completing employment applications,
- cultivating employer relationships,
- working on inter-disciplinary teams, and
- interview practice and job coaching.
- This position involves working with individuals in their homes as well as the transport of individuals to appointments.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred,
- Excellent written and oral communication skills,
- Strong time management and organizational skills,
- Experience in sales and marketing,
- Experience with person centered vocational rehabilitation,
- Computer literacy,
- Ability to work independently and on a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Supervisor: Mental Health Case Manager (Anne Arundel County)
We are seeking a Supervisor for our Community-Based Mental Health Case Management program. The caseload is comprised of children and adults with mental illness and co-occurring addiction disorders.
The program assists individuals with accessing and coordinating benefits, services and community-based resources.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master's Degree and Mental Health Licensure required,
- Two years of supervisory experience.
- Mental health, addictions, and case management experience,
- Excellent written and oral communication skills,
- Strong time-management and organizational skills,
- Computer literacy,
- Knowledge of community resources,
- Ability to work independently and on a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Mental Health Case Manager (Anne Arundel County)
We are seeking a Community-Based Mental Health Case Manager. The caseload is comprised of children and adults with mental illness and co-occurring addiction disorders.
