PRESS RELEASE: PDG Awarded Prestigious Platinum Bell Seal for Third Year in a Row
Millersville, MD – July 6, 2025 — Partnership Development Group (PDG, Inc. and PDGRS, Inc.) is proud to announce that it has earned Mental Health America’s Platinum Bell Seal Award for Workplace Mental Health. This marks the third consecutive year PDG has received this national distinction, recognizing the organization’s ongoing commitment to building a healthy workplace.
The Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health is the nation’s premier certification for employers who prioritize the mental well-being of their workforce. Developed by Mental Health America, this holistic evaluation of employer practices considers the entire employee experience, and recognizes employer advances in workplace mental health by awarding Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum recognition.
PDG underwent a rigorous evaluation of its policies and practices in four areas: workplace culture, benefits, compliance, and wellness programs. The Platinum designation reflects PDG’s hard work in meeting the updated standards and scoring criteria introduced by MHA. It’s a great honor, as the award reinforces their commitment to inclusive practices and maintaining a workplace culture that supports and celebrates diversity.
Introduced by MHA in 2019, the Bell Seal is rooted in decades of research on mental health in the workplace and serves as the national benchmark for employers seeking to lead their industries in mental health best practices. MHA is the nation’s leading community-based nonprofit dedicated to promoting mental health, well-being, and illness prevention for all.
PDG’s gold medal approach includes trauma-informed leadership, ongoing staff development, access to mental health resources, and open dialogue around wellness, which are all essential to fostering a compassionate, resilient, and effective workforce. To achieve this, PDG offers competitive benefits packages that include multiple weeks of PTO and time off options, modern mental healthcare options, and a supportive structure for staff needs. All staff, from leadership to entry-level, are extensively trained on mental healthcare, avoiding burnout, and how to maintain a work-life balance. PDG staff also have numerous avenues for communication, feedback, and ongoing support.
The leadership team is humbled by this award and appreciates the validation of all the hard work PDG does for its team members. PDG is committed to providing the very best for its employees and looks forward to continuing the work required to uphold the standards the Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health has set forth.
