Press Release: Partnership Development Group Receives Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health
MILLERSVILLE, MD – Partnership Development Group (PDG, Inc. and PDGRS, Inc.) is proud to have earned a Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health. The Bell Seal is a distinction awarded by Mental Health America (MHA) to companies that meet mentally healthy workplace standards.
Led by Mental Health America’s rich history in research and advocacy, the Bell Seal’s holistic evaluation of employer practices considers the entire employee experience. It recognizes, elevates, and celebrates organizations that take a proactive approach to mental health in the workplace. Organizations can receive a bronze, silver, gold, or platinum rating, based on rankings in four categories: workplace culture, benefits, compliance, and wellness programs. The Bell Seal builds a sense of pride in employers and employees alike, and PDG is honored to have received the highest rating available in the Platinum Seal.
PDG prioritizes employees and consistently strives to support them in their health and wellness goals. This is especially important for those working in the world of mental illness. While rewarding, this field can also negatively affect one’s mental health, as both staff and clients navigate unique challenges. PDG offers competitive benefits packages, including multiple weeks of PTO and time off options, modern mental healthcare options, and a supportive structure for staff needs. The leadership group and entry-level staff are all extensively trained on avoiding burnout, mental healthcare, and work-life balance. PDG staff also have numerous avenues for communication, feedback, and ongoing staff support.
The PDG leadership team is humbled by this award and appreciates the validation of all the hard work PDG does for its team members.
