The Baltimore Sun Names PDG Winner of the Top Workplaces 2020 Award

MILLERSILLE, MD – Partnership Development Group (PDG) has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Baltimore Sun for the fifth consecutive year in a row. The list of Top Workplaces is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey (Energage). The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection.

PDG leadership is thrilled and humbled to be named a Top Workplace five years in a row. From 2016 – 2020, PDG’s unique and exciting company culture has been celebrated again and again by The Baltimore Sun and the PDG community. Yet this year especially, PDG took measures to ensure staff engagement and satisfaction, from rolling out a Facebook Workplace platform to establishing social engagement Zoom calls, including pumpkin carving, lunch ‘n’ learns, and more! Despite massive social upheaval, PDG has maintained a positive, engaging, and productive work environment.

Through community partners like the Alfred Restaurant Group, Horseshoe Baltimore, Sandy Spring Bank, and many more, PDG has also maintained excellence in mental health services with Thanksgiving meals, interactive virtual Day Program activities, and online art shows.
